FREE PORCH PICK-UP:
A porch-pick up will be scheduled during the time chosen by client once the 30% deposit has been received. We ask that the customer leaves the screen(s) on the front porch or in a place where we can easily pick up!
DROP-OFF at KTX Window Cleaning:
You may drop-off your damaged screens and pay the 30% deposit during the times listed below at our office located at:

Tuesday 8am-5pm
Wednesday: 8am-5pm
Thursday: 11am-5pm
Friday: 8am-5pm

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS: 30% Deposit REQUIRED
Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks, depending on size, so you can look forward to high-quality screens made just for you. We’re excited to get started!
DELIVERY & INSTALL:
Once your screens are finished, you have 3 options for receiving them:
- Delivery Only – $30 fee (or free for orders over $350), we’ll deliver your screens directly to your home, saving you a trip.
- Delivery & Install – $75 fee (or free for orders over $350) Need a hand with installation? Our team can deliver and professionally install your screens to ensure a perfect fit. Just let us know, and we’ll handle the details.
- Free Pick-Up from KTX Window Cleaning Office.
Payment is DUE on day of delivery/pick-up
